Welcome to Konnecto, a dating and social networking platform that allows users to connect, chat, livestream, audio/video call, and exchange virtual gifts. By registering, accessing, or using Konnecto, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Konnecto.
2. By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

2. Services Offered

1. Users can create profiles, browse unlimited profiles, and interact with other users.
2. Features include:
   • Profile surfing
   • Chat, audio, and video calls
   • Livestreaming
   • Sending and receiving virtual diamonds
3. Some features may be restricted, modified, or discontinued at Konnecto’s discretion.

3. Virtual Diamonds

1. Konnecto offers virtual diamonds, which may be purchased within the app.
2. Diamonds can be used to send gifts or show appreciation to other users.
3. Purchased diamonds are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
4. Users who receive diamonds as gifts may redeem them through the “Redeem” option for monetary value as per Konnecto’s policies.
5. Konnecto reserves the right to change the value, conversion rate, or redemption process of diamonds at any time.

4. Payments & Refunds

1. All payments for diamond purchases are processed through third-party payment gateways.
2. Konnecto does not store your financial details.
3. All purchases are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed once the transaction is completed.

5. User Conduct

1. Users agree not to:
   • Engage in abusive, obscene, hateful, or illegal behavior.
   • Impersonate another individual.
   • Post or share harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
   • Harass, exploit, or threaten other users.
2. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

6. Safety Disclaimer

1. Konnecto does not conduct background checks on users.
2. You are solely responsible for your interactions, whether online or offline.
3. Konnecto is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from user interactions.

7. Account Termination

1. Konnecto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these terms.
2. Upon termination, any unused diamonds or balances will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All logos, designs, app features, and trademarks belong to Konnecto.
2. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Konnecto’s content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. Konnecto is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
2. Konnecto is not liable for technical errors, unauthorized access, data loss, or damages caused by misuse.

10. Modifications

1. Konnecto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
2. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Supreme Court of India.
